Our Team Chalmore’s progress and success wouldn’t be what it is without its team’s expertise and quality. Our philosophy is based on a “job well done” and relies on constant communication between its personnel, just as we do with our clients: The team at Chalmore is supported by four pillars: - I+D+I (investigation (research), development, innovation): Constantly renewing and looking for solutions for our client’s specific needs. - Instructors: coaches and trainers: All instructors are trained and experienced native speakers. At Chalmore, they can count on receiving support and continuous monitoring during the entire preparation, teaching and evaluation process and for the duration the courses in general. The team members benefit from “pre-, in- and post class support”, high quality, varied and frequently updated teaching material and training workshops which aim to improve and broaden their skills and their knowledge. - Partners: Due to constantly changing work schedules, Chalmore assigns a partner to each client. This partner is responsible for adapting to each client’s requirements and availability, guaranteeing that schedules are conveniently planned, reorganised and adjusted to suit our clients. - Management:
